Wine Club – Terms & Conditions

To join our wine club, add to your cart either the 'Club Petane' or 'Club Petane Gold' subscription. From the 'Select Payment Option' dropdown menu choose 'pay later'.

You will be sent a notification prior to your wine being shipped. By clicking the 'Complete your Purchase' button you will be taken to a screen where you can pay for the wines.

Wines are sent in autumn and winter. You can opt-out at any time.

As a Petane Wine Club member who has selected the 'Club Petane' membership option you will receive a pack of 6 x bottles of Petane Wines, twice yearly. Prior to shipment, you will be invoiced a maximum of $156 (a total of $312 per year). Payment will be required prior to the shipment of your wine.

As a Petane Wine Club member who has selected the 'Club Petane Gold' membership option, you will receive a pack of 12 x bottles of Petane Wines, twice yearly. Prior to shipment, you will be invoiced a maximum of $294 (a total of $588 per year). Payment will be required prior to the shipment of your wine.

Should our pricing ever be increased, Petane Wines will contact you by email with 60 days notice and your continued membership will be confirmed by replying to that email. You can opt out of the Petane Wine Club at any time with no obligation.

It is your obligation to notify Petane Wines of any address change before wines are shipped.

As a Petane Wine Club member you and a guest will be invited to a pre-release tasting twice yearly with the winemaker. You will be emailed a month prior to these events taking place and will be required to RSVP. If we do not receive a reply by two weeks prior to the event, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If we haven't received confirmation of your attendance by 5 working days prior to the event, you will forfeit your right to attend.

As a Petane Wine Club member who has selected the 'Club Petane' membership option you will receive 15% off all web and cellar door purchases. Upon joining you will receive a unique discount code to use at our online checkout.

As a Petane Wine Club member who has selected the 'Club Petane Gold' membership option you will receive 20% off all web and cellar door purchases. Upon joining you will receive a unique discount code to use at our online checkout.
