Petane Syrah 2020

This is a dark and brooding, sumptuous Syrah from an organic hillside vineyard in Paki Paki. A cold, frosty spring was followed by a long, hot dry summer and autumn, allowing for even and complete berry ripening. 

An exotic, spicy nose of dark fruits, blueberries, wild mulberries and black pepper gives way to cherry, plums, prunes and Cuban tobacco on the palate with subtle background oak integration. Full bodied and silky smooth, this wine is unfined and vegan friendly.
